Founded in 1957, Alubassa specializes in the manufacture of aluminium household utensils. Alubassa also manufactures roofing accessories. Sanaga Medical Center (C.M.E.S)

The Sanaga Business Medical Center (CMES) offers various services including out-patient, hospitalization (capacity of 39 rooms), maternity, a theatre, a laboratory, an x-rays, an emergency service, pharmacy and occupational medicine. These services and facilities are available to people and or businesses wishing to benefit from them.

A pioneer in the fight against HIV / AIDS in a professional milieu, C.M.E.S was elevated in 2004 to an Approved Centre for the diagnosis and treatment of HIV / AIDS. Based on this experience, the C.M.E.S has also been made a Centre for the diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
